How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off electrical power and close the oil shutoff valve before servicing.
Steps:
- Check fuel level and valves: Confirm the oil tank is not empty and all valves to the Riello burner are open.
- Replace oil filter: Change the oil filter at the tank or near the burner if dirty.
- Inspect ignition system: Check the ignition transformer and electrodes for damage. Clean and set the electrode gap per Riello specifications.
- Replace nozzle: Install a new, correct-spec Riello nozzle if blockage is suspected.
If E01 remains, professional diagnosis of the control and pump is recommended.
