Low System Water Pressure (for hydronic furnace models)
Display shows 31, furnace may not start or may shut down unexpectedly.

Possible Causes
Insufficient water in the system, Leak in the heating circuit, Faulty pressure sensor, Recently bled radiators
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the system to cool before adding water. Do not over-pressurize.
- Check pressure gauge: On the front panel, verify that the system pressure is within the recommended range (typically around 1.0–1.5 bar when cold; refer to the data plate).
- Top up system: Locate the filling loop (flexible hose with two valves). Open both valves slowly to allow water into the system while observing the gauge. Close both valves once the correct pressure has been reached.
- Bleed air: If radiators were recently bled, recheck the pressure after bleeding and top up again if needed.
- Inspect for leaks: Look for visible water around radiators, valves, and beneath the furnace. Persistent pressure loss indicates a leak that requires repair.
