Door opens normally but will not close from remote or wall button; lights flash repeatedly.

Safety first: Do not attempt to defeat the safety sensors. They prevent injury and property damage.

• Clear the path: Remove any items near the bottom of the tracks that could block the beam.
• Check sensor LEDs: Both sensors should show solid lights. If one is off or dim, adjust alignment until both are solid.
• Shield from sunlight: If direct sun hits a sensor, install a small shade or reposition slightly while maintaining alignment.
• Secure brackets: Tighten loose sensor brackets so vibration does not cause intermittent misalignment.
• Replace sensors: If LEDs will not stay lit despite correct wiring and alignment, replace the sensor pair.
