Remote controls and wireless keypad do not work, but wall button operates the door.

Safety first: Keep the area clear while testing remotes.

• Replace batteries: Install fresh batteries in all remotes and the wireless keypad, observing correct polarity.
• Reprogram remotes/keypad: Press the Learn button on the opener head, then press the remote or enter the keypad code as per the manual. Confirm operation.
• Check antenna: Ensure the antenna wire is intact and hanging down freely from the opener head.
• Test at close range: Stand within a few feet of the opener and test. If it works only very close, the receiver may be weak or there may be interference.
• Receiver replacement: If no remotes work after reprogramming and the wall button is fine, replace the radio receiver module or logic board, or add an external universal receiver.
