Garbage disposal will not power on at all, no humming, no sound, internal status LED (on bottom or side of unit) flashes once repeatedly.
Line Power Supply or Internal Thermal Protector Open
E02
Garbage disposal does not start, but a soft humming sound is heard for a few seconds before it stops, internal LED flashes twice repeatedly.
Impeller Jam / Rotor Locked
E03
Garbage disposal stops suddenly during operation and will not restart until cooled, internal LED flashes three times when switch is turned on.
Motor Overload / Thermal Protector Trip

The garbage disposal runs, but water backs up into the sink. Grinding seems normal, but the sink drains very slowly or not at all. The internal LED flashes four times when the unit is running.

Overcurrent / Ground Fault in Motor Circuit

The garbage disposal runs, but water leaks from the very top where the unit meets the sink drain opening. The internal LED flashes seven times when the leak sensor (if equipped) detects moisture.
Sink Flange Seal Failure

The garbage disposal leaks from the side where the dishwasher drain hose connects. The internal LED flashes eight times when moisture is detected near the dishwasher inlet.
Dishwasher Inlet or Hose Connection Leak

The garbage disposal leaks from the bottom of the motor housing, with water dripping directly from the underside of the Reginox unit. The internal LED flashes nine times.
Internal Seal or Grinding Chamber Leak

The garbage disposal will not start from the wall switch but starts and runs when the built-in manual test button (if equipped) is pressed. The internal LED flashes ten times when the switch is used.
Control Switch or Air Switch Input Failure

The garbage disposal starts but immediately shuts off within 1–2 seconds. The internal LED shows a single long flash followed by one short flash (11).
