The topside control panel display is dim, flickering, or unreadable, but the spa still runs.

Safety: Turn off power before disconnecting the topside panel.

• Inspect panel surface: Look for cracks or water under the lens. If moisture is present, the panel is likely compromised.
• Check cable connection: Access the control pack and reseat the topside ribbon cable connector.
• Drying attempt: If minor moisture is suspected, allow the panel to dry with the cover open and power off for 24 hours, then retest.
• Replace panel: Persistent dim or unreadable displays require replacement of the Hydropool topside control with the correct part number.
