Air bubbles coming from suction or return fittings when the pump is running.

Safety first: Unplug the spa before tightening fittings.

• 1. Raise water level:
  • Ensure water is above the minimum line and covers all suction ports.
• 2. Tighten hose connections:
  • Hand-tighten all hose nuts at the spa and pump.
• 3. Check O-rings:
  • Inspect and replace flattened or cracked O-rings.
• 4. Bleed air:
  • Open the air release valve until water flows without bubbles.
