Possible Causes
Spa intentionally set to Sleep mode, Misconfigured filtration/heating schedule, User confusion about mode indicators, Topside control programming issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: SLP is a mode indicator, not a hardware failure.
- Change operating mode: Use the topside control to switch from Sleep to Standard or Economy mode, according to the Lifesmart manual.
- Adjust set temperature: Confirm that the set temperature is higher than the current water temperature.
- Review schedule: If your model supports scheduling, ensure the heating/filtration windows are set to your usage times.
- Reset control: If the mode cannot be changed, power cycle the spa and reprogram the settings.
