Possible Causes
Water temperature significantly below set point, spa recently refilled with cold water, sensor detecting rapid temperature drop.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: COOL is usually informational.
- Allow spa to heat: Keep the cover closed and let the spa run. The heater will engage once conditions are safe.
- Verify sensors: If COOL appears when the water is warm, inspect sensor connections and wiring.
- Check for flow issues: Ensure filters are clean and pumps are circulating water properly so the heater can operate.
