Spa water is foamy and bubbles persist on the surface.

Possible Causes

High levels of body oils and cosmetics, Detergent residue from swimsuits, Low calcium hardness, Organic buildup in water

Safety: No electrical hazards, but avoid soaking until water is corrected.

Test and balance: Check and adjust pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness to RivieraPool-recommended ranges.
Use foam reducer: Apply a spa defoamer as a temporary measure.
Water replacement: If foaming persists, partially or fully drain and refill the spa with fresh water.
Rinse swimsuits: Rinse bathing suits in clean water without detergent before use.
