How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow components to cool before working in the equipment bay. Turn off power at the GFCI.
- Step 1 – Ventilation: Ensure the equipment compartment of the Vita Spa is not blocked by insulation, debris, or stored items. Provide adequate airflow.
- Step 2 – Check for continuous heating: If the spa continues to heat with the heater indicator off, suspect a stuck heater relay and have the control pack serviced or replaced.
- Step 3 – Sensor check: Test the temperature and high-limit sensors for proper readings and replace them if out of spec.
