Display shows 'ICE' or a cold symbol; pumps may run automatically.

Note: ICE is a protective mode to prevent freezing damage.

• 1. Allow freeze protection to operate:
  • Do not shut off power in freezing conditions; the spa uses pumps and a heater to prevent ice.
• 2. Verify cover and insulation:
  • Ensure the spa cover is in good condition and properly sealed.
• 3. Check water level:
  • Maintain proper water level so pumps do not draw air.
• 4. Once temperatures rise:
  • ICE indication will clear automatically when water temperature is safely above freezing.
