Display shows LOC or a lock symbol, and buttons do not respond.

Note: LOC is a lock status, not a hardware fault.

• 1. Unlock the keypad:
  • Press and hold the designated lock/unlock button (often temperature up and down together) for 3–5 seconds.
  • Refer to your Wellis user manual for the exact unlock sequence for your model.
• 2. Check for partial lock:
  • Some models allow partial lock (temperature only). Use the same sequence to toggle lock modes.
• 3. Power cycle if needed:
  • If the panel remains locked, turn the power OFF for 1 minute and ON again, then retry the unlock sequence.
