Humidifier produces very weak mist even at maximum setting.

Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the tank.

Steps:

• Deep clean transducer: Fill the base water chamber with a 1:1 mixture of white vinegar and water to cover the transducer. Let soak for 20–30 minutes. Gently wipe the disc with a soft cloth or cotton swab, then rinse thoroughly.
• Clean mist outlet: Use a soft brush or pipe cleaner to remove dust and mineral deposits from the mist outlet and internal ducting.
• Use distilled water: Switch to distilled or demineralized water to prevent rapid re‑scaling.
• Check power adapter: For models with external adapters, verify the adapter outputs the correct voltage using a multimeter. Replace if low.
• Replace transducer: If mist remains weak after cleaning and power checks, replace the ultrasonic transducer assembly.
