How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Check room temperature: Use a separate thermometer. If the room temperature is below about 41–50°F (5–10°C), move the unit to a warmer location.
- Avoid cold drafts: Do not place the unit directly in front of open windows, exterior doors, or in unheated basements where cold air can hit the sensor.
- Sensor check: If the room is warm but LO still shows, inspect the ambient temperature sensor and its wiring as described for E1. Replace if defective.
