Possible Causes
Failed circulation pump, Blocked water spray bar or distributor, Empty or low water level in sump, Faulty water level sensor preventing fill
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply.
- Check water level: Open the bin and inspect the sump. If water level is low or empty, verify that the inlet valve is filling correctly and that the level sensor allows filling.
- Inspect spray bar: Remove the water distribution tube or spray bar above the evaporator. Clean any mineral deposits or debris from the holes.
- Test circulation pump: Start a cycle and listen for pump operation. If silent, test the pump as described under E12 and replace if necessary.
- Clean level sensor: Remove scale from the float or electronic level sensor so it can accurately detect water level.
