Water accumulates inside the cabinet or under the ice basket but does not leak outside.

• Locate drain hole: Remove the ice basket and find the drain opening at the bottom of the ice compartment or reservoir.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible brush to gently clear any debris or ice from the drain hole and hose.
• Flush with warm water: Pour a small amount of warm (not boiling) water into the drain to confirm it flows freely to the rear drain outlet or tank.
• Inspect drain tray and hose: Access the underside and check for kinks, disconnections, or cracks. Replace damaged parts.
