Ice maker stops shortly after startup, compressor does not run, fan may start briefly then unit shuts down.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor Failure
E10
E10 is displayed, the unit powers on but no ice is produced, and the compressor may not run.
High-Pressure Protection or Refrigeration System Fault
E11
An E11 error occurs; the ice maker stops during harvest, and ice does not release from the plate or evaporator.
Harvest Motor / Ice Sweep Fault
E12
E12 is displayed, the unit may shut down unexpectedly, and internal lights or the display may flicker.
Power Supply / Voltage Fault
E13
An E13 error occurs; water remains in the sump or tray after the cycle, and the unit may stop and not restart.
Drain Pump or Drainage Fault
E14
E14 is displayed, ice production stops, and the internal temperature may be too low or too high.
Cabinet/Ambient Temperature Sensor Fault
E15
E15 error is displayed, the unit may beep continuously, and water is detected in the base pan or under the machine.
Leak Detection/Overflow Switch Activated
E16
E16 is displayed, ice cubes are irregularly shaped or very thin, and cycle times are abnormal.
Ice Thickness Sensor/Probe Fault
E17
E17 error is displayed, the unit may not respond to commands, and the display is frozen or showing garbled characters.
Control Board Firmware/Memory Error
E18
E18 is displayed, the internal fan and lights may work, but no ice is produced, and the compressor cycles briefly then stops.
Low Refrigerant/Evaporator Frost Pattern Fault (Detected by Algorithm)
E19
E19 error is displayed, the unit may beep and stop, and the door or front panel may not be fully closed.
Door Switch/Panel Position Fault
E2
Ice maker runs but stops mid-cycle, water fills but ice does not harvest, error E2 appears on display.
Ice Full / Bin Level Sensor Fault
E20
E20 is displayed, the unit may not start the ice cycle, and internal components appear normal.
Configuration/Parameter Error
E3
Unit powers on, fan may run, but compressor does not start and E3 is displayed.
Compressor Overload or Start Circuit Fault
E4
Ice maker stops during the freeze cycle, the ice plate or evaporator is heavily frosted, and an E4 error is displayed.
Defrost / De-ice Sensor or Cycle Fault
E5
The ice maker fills with water but does not freeze properly, cycles abort, and an E5 error is shown.
Condenser Temperature Sensor or High Temperature Fault
E6
The display shows E6, the unit may not start the ice cycle, and buttons may be unresponsive or behave erratically.
User Interface / Keypad Communication Error
E7
The ice maker stops and displays E7; fan noise may be abnormal or absent.
Evaporator Fan Motor Fault
E8
E8 is displayed, and the ice maker does not fill with water at the start of the cycle.
Water Inlet Valve or Flow Fault
E9
An E9 error appears, ice cubes are very small or hollow, and the unit may stop mid-cycle.
Low Water Flow / Water Level Detection Fault
Symptom
Control buttons are unresponsive or require very hard presses to work.
Keypad / User Interface Wear
Symptom
Ice cubes are cloudy or white instead of clear.
Cloudy Ice / Entrained Air and Minerals
Symptom
Ice maker emits a burning smell or electrical odor during operation.
Overheating Electrical Component
Symptom
Ice maker runs a cleaning cycle repeatedly or will not exit cleaning mode.
Stuck in Cleaning / Service Mode
Symptom
Ice maker trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when it starts.
Electrical Short or Ground Fault
Symptom
Internal light does not turn on when the door is opened, but the rest of the unit works.
Interior Lighting Failure
Symptom
The ice has a bad taste or odor, even though the machine appears to function normally.
Contaminated Water Path / Odor Transfer
Symptom
The ice maker forms a solid block of ice in the bin instead of separate cubes.
Ice Clumping / Overproduction
Symptom
The ice maker is leaking water onto the floor or inside the cabinet, but no error code is displayed.
General Water Leak / Overflow
Symptom
The ice maker is running but makes very little ice compared to its rated capacity.
Low Ice Production Rate
Symptom
The ice maker is very noisy during operation, producing rattling, buzzing, or grinding sounds.
Excessive Operational Noise
Symptom
The ice maker powers on but will not start an ice-making cycle when commanded.
No Start / Control Logic Fault
Symptom
The ice maker produces ice that is wet or partially melted when it drops into the bin.
Warm Harvest / Incomplete Cooling
Symptom
The ice maker produces ice, but ice cubes are very small, hollow, or melt quickly.
Poor Ice Quality/Incomplete Freezing
Symptom
The ice maker runs but produces no ice at all, and no error code is displayed.
General No-Ice Production (No-Code Condition)
Symptom
The ice maker stops mid-cycle and restarts frequently without completing a full freeze/harvest.
Intermittent Operation / Overheating or Sensor Issues
Symptom
The ice maker vibrates excessively or rattles against surrounding cabinetry.
Excessive Vibration / Poor Leveling
Symptom
The ice maker will not power on at all; the display is blank, and no sounds are heard.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Visible frost or ice buildup on the evaporator or internal walls, reducing performance.
Excessive Frost / Defrost Failure
Symptom
Water remains in the ice bin or base after cycles, causing slushy conditions.
Poor Drainage / Standing Water
