Cubes are too large, fused together, or bridging.

• Inspect water level: During operation, check that the water level in the reservoir matches the mark specified in the service manual. If too high, adjust the float or water level sensor accordingly.
• Clean drain line: Ensure the reservoir drains properly between cycles. Clear any obstructions in the internal drain line.
• Descale evaporator and sensors: Scale buildup can affect temperature sensing and freeze time. Perform a full descaling procedure.
• Trim bridge (temporary): As a temporary measure, manually break up large ice bridges in the bin to prevent jams.

When to call a technician: If cube size remains excessive after water level and cleaning corrections, the freeze timing on the control board may need adjustment.
