• 1. Inspect mechanical arm (if used): Ensure the bin full arm moves freely and is not jammed by ice. Replace it if broken.
• 2. Clean IR sensors: For optical systems, clean the emitter and receiver windows with a soft, clean cloth.
• 3. Check alignment and wiring: Confirm the sensors face each other correctly and that their wiring is intact.
• 4. Replace sensor assembly: If the unit continues to make ice with the bin full, and the sensors are clean and aligned, replace the bin full sensor assembly.
