Safety: Unplug the unit before tightening any internal hardware.

• 1. Observe harvest: Watch a harvest cycle with the front panel removed. Identify where the noise originates (evaporator, bin, or chute).
• 2. Adjust ice thickness: If ice slabs are excessively thick and hitting the bin forcefully, reduce the ice thickness setting slightly.
• 3. Tighten mounts: Check screws securing the evaporator frame, bin, and internal panels. Tighten any loose fasteners found.
• 4. Align deflectors: Ensure the ice deflector or chute is properly positioned so that ice falls cleanly into the bin without striking metal edges.
