Water leaking onto the floor from under or behind the ice maker.

Safety: Turn off power and close the water supply valve before working on leaks.

Steps:

• Pull the Marvel ice maker out from under the counter to inspect the rear and bottom.
• Check the water supply line connection at the inlet valve for tightness. Reseat or replace the compression fitting if leaking.
• Inspect the plastic or copper supply line for cracks or kinks. Replace if damaged.
• Locate the drain hose (gravity drain or pump outlet). Ensure it is securely attached and not cracked or clogged. Clean or replace as needed.
• If equipped with a drain pump, inspect the pump housing and connections for leaks. Replace the drain pump if it is cracked or leaking from the shaft seal.
• After repairs, restore water and power and run a cycle while monitoring for leaks.
