• Descale system: Run a descaling cycle using a vinegar solution to clear internal passages.
• Verify pump operation: During a test cycle, observe whether water is being pumped and drained correctly. If flow is weak, the pump may be failing.

Persistent drainage issues after cleaning usually indicate a failing pump or warped tray that may need replacement.
