How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Inspect for moisture: Check for condensation or water behind the display lens. Dry thoroughly if present.
- Step 2 – Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the display ribbon cable and the UI power connector.
- Step 3 – Check power supply: Verify that the UI board is receiving correct low-voltage power from the main board.
- Step 4 – Replace display/UI: If the display remains dim or flickers, replace the user interface/display assembly with a Teendow-compatible part.
