• Verify fan operation: Some Tower models use a fan to circulate cool air around the bin. Confirm the fan runs during operation; replace the fan motor if it does not.
• Ambient temperature: Move the unit away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Use in a cooler room if possible.
• Usage pattern: Transfer ice to a freezer for long-term storage; countertop ice makers are not designed to store ice for extended periods.
