The microwave turntable does not rotate, but heating still works.

Safety: Unplug the microwave before accessing the turntable drive.

• 1. Check the tray and ring: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean them and inspect for cracks or flat spots on the rollers.
• 2. Inspect the coupler: Check the plastic coupler on the cavity floor for cracks or rounding of the drive splines.
• 3. Test motor operation: With the tray removed, run a short cycle and look through the window to see if the coupler turns. If it does not, unplug the unit and access the motor from underneath.
• 4. Replace faulty parts: Replace the motor if it does not run, or the coupler/roller ring if they are damaged.
• 5. Reassemble and test: Ensure the tray sits flat and rotates smoothly.
