How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the cavity to cool before cleaning.
Cleaning and usage:
- Clean the interior thoroughly, especially near the sensor opening on the upper wall or ceiling.
- Use microwave-safe, vented covers when using sensor modes to allow steam to reach the sensor.
- Avoid using sensor modes for very small portions or extremely dry foods.
If sensor performance remains poor:
- The humidity sensor may be out of calibration or failing and should be replaced by a Wolf technician.
