How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before cleaning internal parts.

  • Deep clean lid: Remove the sealing ring, inner lid, anti-block shield, and steam valve. Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
  • Clean condensation collector: Remove and wash the condensation cup and channels.
  • Clean interior: Wipe the heating plate and inner housing with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  • Deodorize: Run a short steam cycle with water and a few tablespoons of white vinegar in the pot, then rinse and air out with the lid open.
