Possible Causes
Overfilled inner pot, a missing or clogged condensation collector, or a cracked inner pot.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before cleaning spilled liquids.
- Check fill level: Ensure you are not exceeding the maximum fill line, especially for soups and porridge.
- Inspect condensation collector: Locate the small plastic cup or channel on the side/back of the cooker. Empty and clean it; ensure it is properly installed.
- Check inner pot for cracks: Remove and inspect the pot, especially around the bottom weld. Replace if any cracks or pinholes are found.
- Dry thoroughly: Wipe the cooker exterior and base. Do not allow water to enter the bottom housing.
