Water or condensation drips from the side or bottom of the multicooker during or after cooking.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning.

• Check condensation collector: Ensure the plastic condensation collector cup on the side or back is installed correctly and is not overflowing. Empty and clean it regularly.
• Clean channels: Wipe the condensation channel around the lid and ensure its outlet into the collector is not blocked.
• Inspect for cracks: Look for cracks in the collector or housing from which water might escape. Replace the collector if it is damaged.
• Check gasket: If excessive steam escapes around the lid, inspect and replace the lid gasket.
