Possible Causes
Uneven load or very small quantity in bowl causing imbalance, Worn or damaged rubber feet under base, Loose internal motor mounts, Bent blade set causing vibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep hands clear of the moving appliance. If vibration is severe, press stop and unplug before inspection.
- Rebalance load: Ensure ingredients are evenly distributed and that the bowl is not underfilled or overfilled. Avoid running at maximum speed with very small quantities.
- Check surface: Place the Thermomix on a stable, level, non-slippery surface. Avoid soft mats that can amplify vibration.
- Inspect rubber feet: Turn the unit over (unplugged) and check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or worn feet.
- Blade inspection: Check the blade set for visible bending or damage. Replace if necessary.
- Service if persistent: If vibration remains excessive with a good blade set and proper load, internal motor mounts or bearings may be worn and should be inspected by a technician.
