Possible Causes
Open safety thermostat, failed main relay on control board, multiple heating elements failed, loose neutral or live connection to heating circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and verify with a tester before touching internal wiring.
- Check multiple modes: Try grill, conventional, and fan-assisted modes. If none heat, suspect a common supply issue rather than a single element.
- Inspect safety thermostat: Locate the high-limit thermostat on the top or rear of the cavity. Test for continuity. Replace if open and not resettable.
- Check main heater relay: On the main PCB, identify the primary heater relay. Look for burnt contacts or tracks. If the relay coil is open or contacts are welded, the board may need repair or replacement.
- Verify wiring: Inspect the main heater feed wires and neutral connections for looseness or burning. Tighten or replace as necessary.
