Oven door not closing properly, heat escaping, uneven cooking

Safety: Allow the oven to cool before working on the door.

• Inspect hinges: Open the door and check for excessive play or sagging. If the door drops or does not align with the cabinet, replace the Falcon oven door hinges as a pair.
• Check hinge receivers: Inspect the hinge sockets in the oven frame for damage. Replace the Falcon hinge receiver plates if worn.
• Replace door seal: If the gasket is flattened or torn, pull out the old Falcon oven door seal and push in a new one, starting at the corners.
