• Inspect gasket:
  • Check the entire perimeter of the seal for splits, burns, or missing sections.
  • Ensure the seal sits evenly in its retaining grooves or clips.
• Replace gasket:
  • Carefully pull the old gasket out of its corner holes or clips.
  • Clean the channel with a damp cloth.
  • Fit a new Hoover-compatible door gasket, starting at the corners and firmly pressing the retaining pins into place.
• Check door alignment:
  • Close the door and check for even contact all around the perimeter.
  • If gaps remain, inspect and adjust hinges as necessary.
