Oven light does not work but the oven heats normally.

Safety first: Turn off power before replacing the bulb to avoid shock and burns.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass cover over the lamp (usually twists off) and replace the bulb with the correct high-temperature oven lamp (same wattage and base type).
• Inspect lamp holder: Check for discoloration, cracks, or loose contacts. Replace the holder if damaged.
• Test switch: If your model has a manual light switch, verify it clicks and functions. Replace if faulty.
• Control relay: If the lamp and holder are good but the light never comes on, the control board's light relay may be defective.

Note: Do not touch new halogen bulbs with bare fingers; use a cloth or gloves.
