JennAir oven displays F4-1; it may not start or may shut off mid-cycle.

• Inspect lock assembly: Remove the top panel or front trim (depending on the model) to access the door lock motor and switch assembly.
• Test switch: Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the door lock switch when the lock is engaged. No continuity indicates a faulty switch.
• Check wiring: Inspect the wiring harness from the lock assembly to the control board for breaks or loose connectors.
• Replace lock assembly: If the switch or motor is defective, replace the complete door lock assembly for improved reliability.
