Possible Causes
Loose main terminal block connections, Undersized or damaged supply cable, Faulty internal power supply on the PCB, Intermittent neutral connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: This involves mains wiring. If you are not competent with electrical work, contact a qualified electrician or appliance engineer.
- Check wall isolator: Ensure the cooker switch and outlet are in good condition and not overheating. Replace if discolored or loose.
- Inspect terminal block: With power off, remove the rear cover to access the main terminal block on the cooker. Tighten all terminal screws to the manufacturer's specified torque. Look for signs of overheating or melted plastic.
- Examine supply cable: Check that the cable size matches Leisure's installation requirements and that the insulation is intact.
- Internal PSU: If external wiring is intact, the internal low-voltage power supply on the control board may be failing. Board replacement is usually required.
