Possible Causes

Corrupted timer settings, Faulty clock module, Stuck timer relay, Keypad input error

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No internal access is required for basic checks; keep children away from the controls.

  • Reset timer: Press and hold the timer or clock button (refer to the user manual) and reset the time of day. Ensure the oven is not left in automatic or delayed start mode.
  • Cancel automatic mode: If an 'A' symbol or similar is shown, cancel any programmed cooking by pressing the timer button and setting the duration and end time to zero.
  • Power cycle: Turn off power at the breaker for 5 minutes, then restore and reprogram the clock.
  • Module replacement: If F17 persists and the timer cannot be set, the clock/timer module PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
