Reduced Heating Performance / Partial Element Failure
The oven heats but takes a very long time to reach the set temperature, or never reaches it.

Possible Causes
One of multiple elements failed (e.g., base or rear element open), Weak or failing element, Faulty thermostat or sensor causing early cut-out, Poor door seal causing heat loss
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate the power supply before testing elements or seals.
- Check which elements heat: In fan mode, observe if the rear element glows (if visible). In conventional mode, check for both top and bottom heat. A non-glowing element may have failed.
- Test elements: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of each element individually from the rear of the cooker. Replace any open or significantly high-resistance elements.
- Inspect door seal: Check the rubber gasket around the door for gaps, tears, or compression. Replace it if damaged or not sealing properly.
- Verify temperature: Use an oven thermometer to confirm the actual temperature. If elements and seal are good but the temperature is low, suspect the thermostat or sensor and replace them as needed.
