Food cooks unevenly; back of the oven is hotter than the front or one side burns.

Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before adjusting any components.

• Use convection mode: For even cooking, use fan-assisted modes if available.
• Check fan operation: Ensure the convection fan operates in fan modes. If it does not, replace the fan motor.
• Level oven: Use a spirit level to ensure the oven is level from front to back and side to side.
• Rotate trays: During long baking cycles, rotate trays halfway through as a workaround.

If uneven heating is severe, test the heating elements and temperature sensor, and consider control board calibration or replacement.
