The oven heats, but the temperature is inaccurate; food is undercooked or overcooked compared to the set temperature.

Safety first: Turn off power before accessing internal components.

• Verify with oven thermometer: Place a reliable oven thermometer in the center of the cavity and compare the actual temperature to the set temperature over several cycles.
• Inspect door seal: Check the gasket around the door for gaps, tears, or flattening. Replace if not sealing properly.
• Check sensor: Measure the resistance of the temperature sensor at room temperature and compare to Proline specifications. Replace if significantly out of range.
• Calibration (if available): Some models allow temperature offset adjustment via the control panel. Follow the user manual to adjust by ±10–20°C as needed.
