Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. High voltage is present at the terminal block; only proceed if you are trained and equipped.

• Step 1 – Verify supply voltage: Have a qualified person measure voltage at the range receptacle or junction box. Zline electric ovens typically require 240V (or 208V) split-phase power.
• Step 2 – Inspect terminal block: With power OFF, remove the rear cover to access the terminal block where the power cord connects. Look for loose screws, burnt terminals, or melted insulation.
• Step 3 – Tighten and repair: Tighten any loose terminal screws. Replace any burnt terminal block or damaged power cord with the correct parts.
• Step 4 – Check relay board: If your model uses a separate relay/power board, inspect it for burnt spots or damaged relays. Replace the relay board if damage is found or if E6 persists after correcting power issues.
