Grease dripping from the front or sides of the grill instead of into the grease bucket.

Safety first: Allow the grill to cool completely before handling greasy components.

• Inspect drip tray: Remove the cooking grates and verify the drip tray is installed in the correct orientation and fully seated.
• Clean grease channels: Scrape and clean the channels leading to the grease bucket. Remove hardened grease.
• Empty bucket: Ensure the grease bucket is not full and is properly hung on its bracket.
• Check for warping: If the drip tray is warped and not directing grease correctly, replace it with a Broil King-compatible drip tray.
