Possible Causes
Low combustion air from a blocked intake, excessive pellet feed rate, wet pellets, combustion fan running too slowly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Operate the grill outdoors in a well-ventilated area only.
- Clean air paths: Clear ash from the fire pot, intake, and exhaust. Clean the combustion fan blades.
- Use dry pellets: Replace pellets with a fresh, dry batch. Store pellets in a sealed container.
- Adjust controller: If your Enders controller allows, reduce the feed rate or adjust the P-setting to decrease fuel delivery at low temperatures.
- Check fan: Confirm the fan runs at full speed. Replace the combustion fan if it is slow or noisy.
