How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the grill before working in the hopper or on wiring.
- Stir pellets: During cooks, occasionally stir pellets to prevent bridging, especially when hopper is low.
- Clean hopper: Empty and vacuum the hopper to remove dust and fines.
- Inspect auger motor: Check for signs of overheating or discoloration. Ensure the motor has adequate ventilation.
- Check wiring: Reseat auger motor connectors at the controller and motor. Repair any loose or damaged wires.
