How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF, unplug, and let the grill cool before cleaning.
- Clean fire pot and burn area: Vacuum ash from the fire pot, including all air holes, and from the bottom of the cook chamber.
- Inspect combustion fan: Access the fan and clean blades and housing. Ensure it spins freely and runs continuously during operation.
- Use high‑quality pellets: Switch to a fresh bag of premium hardwood pellets and discard any damp or crumbly pellets.
- Observe auger feed: During a test run, watch pellet delivery. If feed is sporadic, inspect the auger motor and coupler for binding or slipping.
- Shield from wind: Strong wind can blow out the flame. Position the grill in a more sheltered location.
