The grill will not power on at all; there are no lights or display when plugged in.

Safety first: Do not open electrical components while the grill is plugged in.

• Step 1 – Verify outlet: Test the outlet with another appliance. Reset any tripped GFCI or breaker.
• Step 2 – Inspect power cord: Check for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. Replace the power cord if damaged.
• Step 3 – Check controller fuse: Remove the controller and look for an inline or onboard fuse. Replace with the same rating if blown.
• Step 4 – Replace controller: If power is present at the cord but the controller remains dead, replace the main control board.
