AUG
The display shows an AUG error, and the auger does not turn during the feed cycle.
Auger Motor Circuit Fault
Er1
Control panel displays Er1, and the grill will not start the ignition cycle.
RTD Temperature Probe Open Circuit
Er2
Display shows Er2, and the temperature reading is erratic or extremely high/low.
RTD Temperature Probe Short Circuit
Er3
Grill beeps and shows Er3 shortly after startup; the auger does not feed pellets.
Auger Motor Overload or Stall Detection
Er4
Display shows Er4, and the grill shuts down during cooking.
High Temperature Limit Exceeded
Er5
Grill displays Er5 and will not ignite; the fan may run briefly then stop.
Igniter Rod Failure or Ignition Timeout
Er6
Display shows Er6, and the grill shuts down; the fan may continue briefly.
Flame Loss / Flame-Out Detected
Er7
Er7 appears, and the grill will not respond to button presses.
Keypad / Control Panel Communication Error
Er8
Display shows Er8, and the grill powers off unexpectedly during operation.
Low Voltage or Power Supply Fault
Er9
Er9 appears, and the grill will not start; the fan and auger remain off.
Safety Interlock or Lid Switch Error (where equipped)
FAN
The display alternates a FAN error, and the grill will not start or maintain a fire.
Combustion Fan Feedback/Failure
H1
Display shows H1, and the temperature reading is stuck at maximum or shows unrealistically high values.
Cook Chamber Temperature Sensor Over-Range
L1
Display shows L1, and the temperature reading is extremely low or negative; the grill may shut down.
Cook Chamber Temperature Sensor Under-Range
P1
A P1 error or code appears, and the grill temperature swings widely at low settings.
Pellet Feed Program Parameter Out of Range

The display shows SEN, and the grill will not heat; the temperature reads dashes or an error.
