Solar valve actuator runs but stops in the wrong position, sending water to the roof when solar is off or bypassing panels when solar is on.

Safety first: Turn off power to the actuator and pump before adjusting the valve. Do not place fingers near moving parts.

• Set valve to manual position: Remove the actuator from the valve body and manually set the valve handle to the desired default position (e.g., pool only when solar is off).
• Align actuator: Reinstall the actuator so that its internal stops correspond to the valve positions. Ensure the actuator shaft engages the valve stem correctly.
• Adjust cams: Open the actuator cover and adjust the stop cams so that the actuator stops at the correct positions for solar on and off.
• Test operation: Restore power and command solar on and off, verifying that water is directed correctly through or around the Heliocol panels.
