Possible Causes
Loose keypad ribbon cable, Damaged keypad overlay, Faulty interface board, Corrosion on low-voltage connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Inspect keypad cable: Remove the front cover of the Aquaflow control panel and locate the flat ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board. Ensure it is fully seated and not pinched.
- Check for corrosion: Look for green or white corrosion on the connector pins. Clean gently with contact cleaner and a soft brush.
- Dry moisture: If condensation is present behind the keypad, dry the area and check that the panel gasket is intact.
- Test operation: Reassemble, restore power, and test the buttons. If E10 remains and buttons are unresponsive, the keypad or interface board likely needs replacement.
